Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) The Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) is a flagship public health insurance initiative by the Government of Nagaland. CMHIS Employee & Pensioner (EP) Coverage: ₹20 lakhs per year per family. 2. CMHIS General Category (GC) Coverage: ₹5 lakhs per year per family.
